Parent-Teacher Conference Information - Fall

Parent-teacher conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
and 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

In order to accommodate as many parents/guardians as possible, conferences will be scheduled to last for a period of 10 minutes. Every effort will be made to fulfill your requests for particular times that will work the best for you. In addition, multiple conference requests will be scheduled as close to one another as possible in order to minimize your time in the building.

Parents/guardians may schedule conferences with teachers, counselors and/or administrators.

Please refer to the counselor and administrator assignments posted on the high school web page (http://hs.nazarethasd.k12.pa.us), as well as the previously received student schedule for helpful name information when scheduling conferences.

Parents/guardians may call (610) 759-1730 ext. 2302 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on school days in order to schedule conferences. Calls may be made beginning Monday, November 8, 2010. The last day to call and schedule a conference will be Monday, November 22, 2010.

On occasion, due to other commitments, some teachers may not be available for conferences; if you attempt to schedule a conference with teachers that will not be available, your request will be forwarded to them and they will contact you to make other arrangements.

Blue Eagle Ambassadors will be available throughout the building to assist with directions to conference locations.

Light refreshments, courtesy of our Family and Consumer Science Department, will be available in the cafeteria during the evening session.
